fees

RICH architecture fees for full service projects are typically 10% of the proposed building cost + GST.

This percentage fee is reduced as the project cost goes up. However, for smaller residential projects under $500,000 architectural fees are typically discussed and fixed.

RICH architecture is willing to be involved in partial services on projects. The fee is based on the above percentage and the extent of service required.

In addition to architectural fees, costs borne by the client will include application fees and consultant charges.
