Elwood Residence
Large single family residence on a small site.
The objective for this project was to design around particular
site constraints. A block of 30 window flats lay to the East.
To overcome this, principal rooms were placed on NW wall
overlooking the garden and light to service areas was
drawn in through skylights and a series of 2 storey voids.
